1. Made-to-Order Nature
All Tribal Indig jewelry is 3D printed specifically for you upon receipt of payment. Because each piece is created individually, slight variations in finish or texture may occur, which are characteristic of the 3D printing process.

2. Production & Shipping Timeline
Lead Time: Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be manufactured and processed.
Shipping: Once production is complete, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping times are in addition to the 4–6 week production window.
Delays: While we strive to meet our deadlines, production times may vary during high-demand periods. We will notify you via email if your order is expected to exceed the 6-week window.

3. Cancellations & Modifications
As our pieces are made-to-order, you may only cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the production process has begun, and the order cannot be retracted.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Custom Sales: Due to the bespoke nature of 3D printing for individual orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."
Defects: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange for a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, 3D models, and imagery on this site are the sole property of Tribal Indig. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of our designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
Tribal Indig is not liable for any allergic reactions to materials or damages resulting from improper care of the jewelry. We recommend following the specific care instructions provided with your piece.
